XBC Group LLC was formed in Colorado and elected S-corporation tax treatment with the Internal Revenue Service. We operate our inspection, payment, and customer support operations from a single facility in the Denver metro area at 11990 Grant Street, Suite 550, Northglenn, Colorado 80233.

What we purchase

We purchase only factory-sealed, unexpired, over-the-counter diabetic supplies that the seller paid for out of pocket or otherwise owns outright. We verify eligibility before issuing any shipping label.

What we never purchase

• Supplies paid for in whole or in part by Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Indian Health Service, or any other government program.
• Opened, used, expired, or damaged supplies.
• Prescription pharmaceuticals or controlled substances of any kind.
• Used sharps, used lancets, or any biohazardous material.
