Shipping and Eligibility

All shipments move inbound only, from the individual seller to our Colorado inspection facility, using prepaid UPS Ground return labels generated through Shippo, a licensed multi-carrier shipping platform. Labels are paid by us when scanned by the carrier. Sellers never pay shipping out of pocket for qualifying shipments. Labels unused after thirty days are voided.

Eligibility criteria

We accept supplies that meet ALL of the following conditions:

1. Factory sealed in the original manufacturer's retail packaging.
2. Unexpired, with at least six months until the expiration date for test strips and at least four months for CGM sensors and pump supplies.
3. Paid for by the seller out of pocket. Supplies billed to Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, the VA, the Indian Health Service, or another government program are NOT eligible.
4. Free from "DME Beneficiary," "Government Payee," or red-line markings.
5. Free from damage, water exposure, ink markings, tears, or evidence of tampering.
